Working with Dick's Sporting Goods I helped redesign sections of their mobile app to provide a better user experience.

Problem

As a companion to their Scorecard rewards program Dick's Sporting Goods launched a mobile app. The app would track their points, allow them to shop, view personalized offers, and earn bonus reward points for exercising. Upon Launching the app many issues emerged, users had issues with understanding the how the MOVE app worked and how they could win additional points. 

Strategy

Using the Google Venture Sprint method I worked with the DSG team to identify the core issues with the app that we would attempt to solve. A rough prototype was designed, developed, and tested in the time span of one week. Using the feedback from the test a new concept was designed for the MOVE App.

Strategy

My Offers followed a different process in that we started the project with generative research to determine what user's ideal would be for a personalized offers section. From there we had a week long sprint in which a business and tech lead from DSG worked directly with a my design team to produce the new My Offers design.
